In 1983 Robert Powell had a vision. On the site of an 11 ½ acre horse farm, South Daytona Storage & Offices began to take shape. After 35 years of serving our community, South Daytona Storage has become the area expert on storage. Still family owned and operated, we have over 800 regular and temperature-controlled units, 72 offices, and parking for your RV, boat and automobile.

Our professional sales staff can take the guesswork out of how much space you really need. Our facility is staffed 7 days a week with a real live person available to help you. All of our buildings are made of concrete block and steel construction. Our regular storage features a weather lip at the end of the concrete floor over which the door seals. This helps prevent rain or moisture from entering under the door and keeps your belongings dry. It's important for South Daytona Storage & Offices to offer a better choice on our temperature-controlled units. That's why all our units are separated by metal walls.
Each unit is individual and private. The facility is completely paved and fenced. There is a coded entry gate, which is great for security. It also allows you to have access to your unit seven days a week. Living in Florida, we realize the importance of pest control. Each month we provide pest control to all of our tenants at no cost.
